Yes, you can redeem your e-gift card on My Edo App or online. If you receive an e-gift card, it will be sent to you by email. This email contains the e-gift card information you will need to redeem it on My Edo App.
Once you’re ready to place an order on My Edo App, follow these steps to redeem your e-gift card:
- Add your order items to your cart and when you’re ready, tap CHECKOUT.
- Once you’ve reviewed your order details to confirm they’re correct, including the location you wish to order from and your pickup time, tap NEXT STEP.
- When the payment menu pops up from the bottom of the screen, tap ADD A GIFT CARD (it’s above the PAY NOW button).
- If you come to a screen that asks you to verify your account via text message, please do so.
- On the next screen, enter your gift card number, which can be found in your e-gift card email, and tap ADD GIFT CARD.
- Please note that no PIN is required. Leave this field blank.
- Once your gift card is added, continue with placing your order. If there is a balance remaining on your gift card, it will be available for you to use on your next My Edo App order.
